4:57 p.m: Theft reported in the 500 block of West Fifth Street.
10:35 p.m.: Dallas Brady Harris, 23, of Lewisville, was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, possession of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

5:50 a.m.: Joshua S. Lainhart, 31, of Batesville, was involved in an accident on CR 550W near CR 450S.
3:35 p.m.: Joshua D. Hornsby, 31, of Milroy, was arrested on a warrant for theft and forgery.

12:47 a.m.: Kristie Lee Harris, 24, of Indianapolis, was arrested on U.S. 52 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended (with a prior conviction).
