2/1/13

2:53 p.m. Domestic disturbance reported in the 1000 block of West Third Street.

3:30 p.m.: James A. Miller II, 38, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1000 block of West Third Street on charges of domestic battery, possession of marijuana and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:20 p..: Mya A. Lowery, 35, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1000 block of West Third Street on charges of domestic battery and possession of marijuana.

7:39 p.m.: Illegal drug activity reported in the 400 block of South Main Street.

8 p.m.: Kevin Patrick Leising, 34, of Rushville, was arrested in the 300 block of South Main Street on a charge of illegal possession of a synthetic canabinoid.

8 p.m.: Michael B. Hendrix, 54, address not listed, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a synthetic canabinoid and possession of  paraphernalia.

2/2/13

1:44 a.m.: Curtis Patric Hilt, 22, of Rushville, was arrested in the 100 block of South Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.

2/3/13

1:36 a.m.: Bradley Seth Wooten, 18, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of West 16th Street on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

1:38 a.m.: Jacob Douglas Blake, 19, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of West 16th Street on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

6 a.m.: Kissie Sharee Bolden, 31, of Rushville, was arrested in the 100 block of East Eighth Street on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, battery and strangulation.

2/3/13

3:38 p.m.: Theodore J. Stevens, 46, of Rushville, was involved in an accident on CR 875W near U.S. 52.

2/4/13

7:20 a.m.: Levi W. Ward, 22, of Rushville, was cited on Rushville Road near CR 300N for non-possession of valid vehicle registration when required.
