Sentenced on Count I to Indiana Department of Correction to a term of 40 years, executed. Sentenced on Count II to IDOC for 15 years with sentence to be served concurrent to Count I. Sentenced to an additional 30 years for being deemed a habitual offender, with sentence to be served consecutively to Count I and Count II. Credit given for 222 days.

— vs. Chelsea B. Lunn on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor (class “A” misdemeanor). Sentenced to Rush County Jail for 30 days, with the sentence executed. Ordered to pay $164 court cost.

— vs. Robin Rankin on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (class “A” misdemeanor). Sentenced to Rush County Jail for 180 days. Sentenced executed with 106 days credit given. Ordered to pay $164 court cost.

— vs. Gregory Getz on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or more (class “A” misdemeanor). Sentenced to Rush County Jail for one year (all suspended except five days with one day credit given). Ordered to pay $500 fine (all suspended), $164.50 court cost and probation fees. Placed on formal probation for 11 months. Driver’s license suspended for 90 days.
