6/28/09

2:33 a.m.: Raymond E. Snyder III, 31, of Indianapolis, was cited for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended (with a prior conviction) in the 5300 block of West SR 44.

3:17 a.m.: Curtis P. Hilt, 18, of Rushville, was cited for an unsafe start on SR 44 near the Orange Pike.

3:30 p.m.: Lisa M. O’Donnell, 35, no address listed, was arrested on charges of theft and check deception. A $10,000 bond was listed.
