10/8/12

6:44 p.m.: Arthur Wilson, 16, of Rushville, was cited in the 200 block of North Main Street for illegal possession of a tobacco product by a minor.

9:36 p.m.: Jeremy Scott Icenogle, 35, of Rushville, was arrested in the 700 block of West First Street on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of dug paraphernalia.

10 p.m.: Candis J. Whittaker, 53, of Rushville, was arrested in the 900 block of West First Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance in the body, possession of a controlled substance , possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:35 p.m.: Connie D. Kidd, 49, of Rushville, was arrested in the 200 block of South Main Street on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

5:58 a.m.: Vehicle versus deer accident reported on CR 725E near SR 44.

10/9/12

1:34 a.m.: Jacob William Tillison, 20, of Manilla, was arrested in the 7000 block of South Angling Road on a charge of obstruction of justice.
