3/8/13

1:20 p.m.: Bea Nichols, 57, of Carthage, was arrested near the intersection of U.S. 52 East and SR 3 South on an unspecified charge.

2:25 p.m.: Jerry E. Evans, 33, of Camono Island, Wash., was cited in the 100 block of East SR 44 for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

5:12 p.m.: Nicole J. Ringley, 30, of Rushville, was cited on charges of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended and possession of a schedule I, II, III or IV controlled substance.

5:36 p.m.: Nicole J. Porter, 30, of Laurel, was arrested in the 400 block of North Perkins Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:08 p.m.: Sandra D. Darling, 45, of Rushville, was cited in the  500 block of West Third Street for operating a motor vehicle with a expired license.

11:55 p.m.: Vernon L. Smith, 42, of Indianapolis, was cited in the 800 block of East SR 44 for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

6:40 p.m.: Justin D. Cotten, 32, of Connersville, was cited in the 100 block of North Morgan Street for disregarding a posted stop or yield sign.

7:10 p.m.: Ansan Sherwood Haymon, 52, of Rushville, was arrested in the 200 block of South Mai Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

10:16 p.m.: Theft reported in the 600 block of West Third Street.

6:55 p.m.: Amiee J. Ervine, 35, of Rushville, was cited in the 100 block of North Morgan Street for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

1:59 p.m.: Theft reported in the 400 block of North Winters Way in Carthage.

4:33 p.m.: James P. Craven, 49, of Rushville, was involved in an accident on SR 3 near CR 175W.

3:40 a.m.: Chad E. Jackson, 33, of Muncie, was arrested on SR 3 near CR 800N on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body.

4:39 p.m.: Theft reported in the 1000 block of West Jennings Street in Rushville.

9:40 p.m.: Jeffery D. Simpson,52, of Connersville, Cheryl L. Brown, 28, of Connersville, and Casandra J. Harr, 44,of Rushville, were involved in an accident on SR 44 near Orange Pike.

11:35 p.m.: Jeffrey D. Simpson, 52, of Connersville, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater and OWI endangerment.

9:30 a.m.: Sharon S. Collins, 55, no address given, was arrested for probation violation.
