9:34 a.m.: William L. Daugherty, 55, of Rushville, was cited in the 1000 block of West Old SR 44 for an unrestrained dog.

3:06 p.m.: Hit and run accident reported in the 1100 block of North Harrison Street.

7:55 p.m.: Ronnie Cole, 55, of Columbia City, was arrested in the 200 block of South Main Street for neglect of a dependent.

4 p.m.: Billy J. Spencer, 24, of Carthage, and Joseph R. Horne, 54, of Carthage, were involved in an accident on CR 900N near CR 750W.

9/2/12

2:55 p.m.: Amanda M. Locchetta, 21, of Rushville, was involved in an accident on CR 250E near CR 600S.

9/5/12

12:30 p.m.: Aaron William Starkey, 22, of Rushville, was arrested for failure to appear.

3:55 p.m.: Livestock out reported on CR 500N near CR 650W.

6:20 p.m.: Kimberly C. Nussbaum, 55, of Columbia City, was arrested on an unspecified writ or attachment.

7:28 p.m.: Christopher G. Becker, 34, of Connersville, was arrested in the 9500 block of South CR 700E on charges of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended and false informing.

10:10 p.m.: Dustin D. Brooks, 19, of Centerville, was arrested for parole violation.
