A $5,597.72 bond was listed. 10:25 p.m.: Jackie L. Bailey, 40, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $7,500 bond was listed. 7/9/10 1:28 a.m.: David L. Hines, 46, of Rushville, was arrested on an unspecified writ of attachment warrant. A $664 bond was listed. Rush County Sheriff’s Department 7/8/10 7:30 a.m.: Daniel William Dant, 28, of Rushville, was involved in an accident on U.S. 52 near CR 980W. 6:43 p.m.: Caitlan Marsischke, 19, of Carthage, was cited for speeding (70/55) in the 11,000 block of North SR 3. 9:59 p.m.: Burglary reported in the 1400 block of North CR 600E. 11:01 p.m.: Thor C.
