A $10,000 bond was listed. 5:43 p.m.: Criminal mischief reported in the 500 block of West Third Street. 7/13/10 6:44 a.m.: Business burglary reported in the 30 block of West Second Street. 1:07 p.m.: Theft reported in the 300 block of North Hannah Street. 5:23 p.m.: Theft reported in the 1800 block of North Main Street. Rush County Sheriff’s Department 7/10/10 10:30 p.m.: Bryant Joseph Neal, 21, of New Castle, was cited for disregarding posted traffic control signage. Neal was later arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a controlled substance in the body. No bond information was indicated. 7/11/10 1:15 a.m.: Bobbie Webb, 19, of Knightstown, was cited for disregarding posted traffic control signage in the 1000 block of North Carthage Pike. 1:29 a.m.: Kevin K. Spiker, 45, of Carthage, was cited for speeding (56/40) in the 7000 block of West CR 900W. 3:10 a.m.: Kasey Jean Hilderbrand, 27, of Milroy, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
