11/29/12

9:24 a.m.: Theft reported in the 900 block of North Perkins Street.

9:42 a.m.: Zachari W. Lancaster, 27, of Eaton, was cited in the 700 block of West Third Street for a seatbelt violation.

9:52 a.m.: Roger F. Cain, 50, of Rushville, was cited on Hannah Street for a seatbelt violation.

10:25 a.m.: Brandon J. Hunter, 30, of Greensburg, was cited in the 3400 block of North Main Street for a seatbelt violation.

11:34 a.m.: Caleb L. Wagner, 25,of Rushville, was cited for a seatbelt violation.

12:57 p.m.: Rosalyn K. McQueen, 79, of Milroy, was cited for a seatbelt violation.

1:33 p.m.: Samuel H. Anderson, 50, of Greenfield, was cited in the 1000 block of U.S. 52 for a seatbelt violation.

1:38 p.m.: Anthony J. Simmermeyer, 42, of Greenfield, was cited in the 1200 block of U.S. 52 for a seatbelt violation.

2:48 p.m.: Phillip H. Wright, 47, of Liberty, was cited in the 500 block of Conrad Harcourt Way for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

6:18 p.m.: Nathan Michael McCreary, 19, of Rushville, was arrested in the 200 block of West 15th Street on a warrant for battery. A $7,500 bond was listed.

6:47 p.m.: Illegal drug activity reported in the 300 block of North Main Street.

8 p.m: Heather Marie McCotter, 30, of Straughn, was arrested in the 1800 block of North Main Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended (with a prior conviction) A $7,500 bond was listed. McCotter was also held on a unspecified failure to appear warrant. The warrant specified no bond.

8:15 p.m.: Nathan A. Hanselman, 24, of Greensburg, was arrested in the 300 block of North Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI  with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11/30/12

5:21 a.m.: Amy L. Via, 38, of Lewisville, was cited in the 1000 block of North Fort Wayne Road for speeding (40/30).

2:45 p.m.: Brandon Lyn Smiley, 20, of Rushville, was arrested on a unspecified parole violation warrant.
