After making the run to the Class 3A girls basketball state title game, postseason awards and honors are beginning to come in for members of the Lady Lions.
Senior Alexa Bess has been named the Hoosier Heritage Conference Player of the Year as voted by the conference coaches.
Joining Bess on the All-HHC team are fellow Lady Lions Kaleigh Andrews, Morgan Herbert and Shelbie Justice.
Head coach Melissa Marlow was chosen as the Coach of the Year in the HHC.
Andrews received a certificate for the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association (ICGSA) Academic All-State in recognition of her academic excellence while participating in basketball in the state of Indiana.
