RUSHVILLE —

Class 3A No. 8 Delta defeated the visiting Lady Lions 25-15, 25-14, 25-18 in girls varsity volleyball action Thursday. For the Lady Lions, Becca Beaman served 8-of-8 with one ace. Shelbie Justice finished with six kills and two blocks. Becca Brumfield served 9-of-9 with one ace and Halee Disbro tallied four digs. Delta got 13 kills from Morgan Bergren. Madison Bergren dished out 17 assists. The Lady Lions return to action Tuesday at Union County.
