Dana McGee and Jeff Fussner were married at 4 p.m. Nov. 8, 2008 at Center Christian Church at Mays. Bill Worrell officiated the double ring ceremony. Amber Effing, niece of groom, Greensburg was organist. Mike Woods was pianist and vocalist.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Wilkinson of Rushville. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis “Fritz” Fussner of Rushville.
The bride’s gown was a chapel length halter dress. The organza bodice was pleated and criss-crossed around the neck, accented with a pearlized medallion. The elbow-length veil was attached by a rhinestone crown which had been the bride’s grandmothers. Completing the outfit were rhinestone drop earrings and clear sandals accented with rhinestones. The bouquet was comprised of fern leaves, a magnolia, wooden pea pods and uhele.
Matron of Honor was Darcy Keith, sister of bride, Fishers. Bridesmaids were Lisa Brown, friend of bride, Indianapolis; Bobbette Miller, friend of bride, Rushville; Dawn Koors, friend of bride, Rushville; Amanda Schwinger, friend of bride, Indianapolis. Jr. bridesmaid was Hannah McGee, daughter of bride, Rushville. Flower girl was Olivia Keith, niece of bride, Fishers.
Best man was Tom Fussner, brother of groom, Rushville. Groomsmen were Dave Osborne, friend of groom, Rushville; Mark Osborne, friend of groom, Rushville; Scott Frostram, Doug Jarman, friend of groom, Rushville. Ushers were Jimmy Fussner, cousin of groom, Rushvile; Jim Hoeing, brother-in-law of groom, Rushville; Brian Sowder, friend of groom, Rushville.
Scripture readers were Hannah McGee, daughter of bride, Rushville; Kelly Skinner, sorority sister of bride, Overland Park, Kan.; Debbie Kline, sorority sister of bride, Greenwood. Guest attendants were Miranda Lawyer, friend of bride, Rushville; Amanda Raider, friend of bride, Rushville. PowerPoint, lights, sound and audio were by Tierny and Shelly Hall, Travis Studebaker.
The reception was at the 4-H Root Building. Servers were Jill Hobaugh, cousin of bride, Greenwood; Jennifer Barnes, friend of bride, Rushville. The rehearsal dinner was at Center Christian Church.
The bride is a graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and has a B.S. degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing from Ball State University. She is an adjudicator for the State of Indiana’s FSSA.
The groom is a graduate of RCHS and is self-employed as a farmer.
