RUSHVILLE —
Krystin Michele Jarman and Joshua Robert Sherman were married at a private ceremony April 3, 2009 and had a marriage celebration at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 1, 2010 at Main Street Christian Church. The minister for the double ring ceremony was Carol Wiley. Music was coordinated by David Weddle, friend of the bride’s parents. The bride wore an ivory floor length Jacquelin Exclusive gown created from satin and English net fabric. It featured a trumpet silhouette and strapless sweetheart neckline adorned with Swarkovski crystals, bugle beads and sequins. It featured a stunning lace chapel train adorned with crystals and sequins. She wore an elbow length, angel cut bridal veil; a vintage crystal necklace which was a gift from her parents with matching earrings; a double row crystal bracelet which was a gift from the groom. She carried a jeweled stem bouquet of green and white hydrangeas with ivory vendela roses accented by galix leaves. The matron of honor was Ashlyn Wright, bride’s sister, Oahu, Hawaii. Bridesmaids were Aimee Dietz, bride’s cousin, Elkhart; Aimee Foley, bride’s friend, Chicago, Ill.; Rachael Scott, bride’s friend, Rushville; Angela Riddell, Bloomington. Best man was Brady Wright, Oahu, Hawaii, groom’s friend. Groom’s attendants were Nathan Sherman, groom’s brother, Payson, Ariz.; Jordan Mergener, Fruitport, Mich.; Adam Jarman, bride’s brother, Rushville; Michael Dietz, bride’s cousin, Rushville. Guests were registered by Tom, Cindy and Amber Holland, friends of the bride’s parents. The reception was at and wonderfully catered by the Rushville Elks Club which was beautifully decorated by Weddings by Mitzi and Shannon. Servers were Michele Grizzell and Julie Cramer, aunts of the bride. Grandparents attending included Sherry Jarman, Freddie Williams, Diana Cole, Russell and Mary Jane Greenbauer. A delicious dinner was hosted, prepared and served after the rehearsal by Diane and Jim Sherman, parents of the groom. The daughter of Greg and Lea Ann Jarman of Rushville, the bride is a 2005 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and 2009 graduate of Indiana University with a BA degree in environmental management. She currently is employed by Omnicity, Inc. in the Billing/Auditing Department. The son of Diane Sherman of Fruitport, Mich. and Jim Sherman of Payson, Ariz., the groom is a 2003 graduate of Fruitport High School. He currently is an E-4 Specialist serving in the 25th Infantry Division Second Brigade 1-21 Charlie Co. Infantry.
