Leslie Michelle Shouse and Harold Martin Spooner were united in marriage June 19, 2010. The wedding was held at 5:30 p.m. at Allisonville Christian Church in Indianapolis with Harold Spooner officiating. The bride is the daughter of Myron and Terri Shouse of Rushville. The bride’s grandmother, Marcella McAhren, also was in attendance. The groom is the son of Harold and Cheryl Spooner of Chicago. The maid of honor was Hilary Wilkinson, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Erica Dobson, cousin of the bride; Ashley Rapp and Brianne Borders, friends of the bride; and Melinda Spooner, sister of the groom. The best man was Matt Spooner, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Rory Vidal, Andrew Burdick and Cullan Eikenberry, friends of the groom; and Ryan Shouse, brother of the bride. Ushers were Scott Booziotis and Andy Johanning, friends of the groom; and Bryce Gardner, cousin of the bride. The ringbearer was Grant Shouse, cousin of the bride. Flower girls were Aidan Boswell and Kyla Dunigan, cousins of the bride. A reception followed at the Rathskeller Restaurant in Indianapolis. The bride is a 2004 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and a 2008 graduate of The University of Indianapolis. She is a teacher at Knightstown Elementary School. The groom is a 2002 graduate of Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Ill., and a 2006 graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis. He is a teacher at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis. The couple took their wedding trip to Hawaii. They will reside in Fishers.
